Funny work moment

So, I sometimes do a lot of reading at work.  Sometimes it turns out to be relevant, other times, it is just a learning experience, and sometimes, it is just downright funny.  Hearing proceedings don't sound like fun, but they can be some of the most enjoyable reading when you really delve in and look at the views of the common folks.  This is a clipped statement that came directly from the proceedings of Colorado's proposed new oil and gas regulations that are supposed to help protect wildlife.  It was published a couple of days ago.  Enjoy!
